Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is a federal agency under the Department of Homeland Security responsible for enforcing immigration laws and investigating customs violations. Recently, ICE has been involved in detaining immigrants in various facilities, including the center in Dilley, Texas, where a measles outbreak was reported.
