Imre Pakh

Imre Pakh is a Hungarian-born American businessman and art collector, known for his extensive collection of works by the renowned Hungarian painter Mihály Munkácsy. He recently made headlines for his visit to the Vatican, where he met with Pope Francis accompanied by supermodel Naomi Campbell. During this meeting, Pakh conveyed several requests to the Pope, including blessings for the sick, prayers for deceased loved ones, and a message for the Hungarian community in Transcarpathia regarding the ongoing war in Ukraine. He also requested a blessing for the university where his daughter is studying law. Pakh's connection to Campbell stems from a long-standing friendship between her and his wife, Nelly, who worked as a model alongside Campbell in the 1990s.
