
Ināra Bula
Ināra Bula is a prominent Latvian cultural heritage expert who has recently been appointed as the head of the National Cultural Heritage Board. A graduate of the University of Latvia with a master's degree in European studies, Bula is currently pursuing her doctorate at the Latvian Academy of Culture. She has a rich background in cultural heritage management, including serving as the head of the Riga regional department of the National Cultural Heritage Board and as a key artist in the Environmental Projects Department of the Riga City Development Department. Bula has also held leadership roles in various cultural organizations, such as chairing the Latvian branch of ICOMOS. Her priorities include strengthening the preservation policies of cultural heritage, enhancing collaboration with educational institutions and international partners, and empowering her team.
