Indian Army

The Indian Army is the land-based branch of the Indian Armed Forces, responsible for ensuring national security and defending the country from external threats. Recently, the Indian Army was in the news for its efforts in a rescue operation following a deadly avalanche in Uttarakhand, where it successfully saved 46 individuals trapped under snow and confirmed the recovery of eight fatalities.
