Indrabushan Kumar Yadav is the chief of the Kathmandu Milk Distribution Project. He has been actively involved in addressing issues related to milk collection and distribution in the Kathmandu Valley, especially concerning the challenges faced by dairy farmers due to excess stock and delayed payments.
