Inés Luzardo

Inés Luzardo was the beloved wife of renowned merengue singer Rubby Pérez, with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage. They met at a young age and developed a deep friendship that blossomed into love, marrying in 1974. Inés was not only a vital part of Rubby's life but also the mother of four of his children, including their daughter Zulinka, who was also his corist. She passed away in 2022 after a battle with breast cancer.
