Ingeborg Coelho is a seasoned nutritionist and the co-founder of the BiObuda Farmers Market in Óbuda, Budapest. With over twenty years of experience in the field, she has studied at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu institute. Ingeborg manages a 123-hectare farm near Vál and is passionate about connecting local producers with health-conscious consumers. Her vision for BiObuda is to create a community space where people can enjoy a vibrant market atmosphere filled with healthy, organic products, free from intermediaries, thereby supporting local agriculture.
