Ingrid de León

Ingrid de León is the director of Industrial Engineering at the University of the Valley of Guatemala (UVG). She has been active in addressing the educational gap in engineering careers, particularly in relation to the manufacturing sector. De León advocates for increased interest among youth in technical fields and aims to align academic programs with the growing needs of the industry.
