Ingvi Jónasson

Ingvi Jónasson is the CEO of Klasi, a property development company responsible for the ongoing construction of a new residential area at Borgarhöfði in Iceland, which will eventually accommodate up to 20,000 residents. The development project, which includes 133 apartments as its first phase, reflects Ingvi's vision for modernizing the area, transitioning it from an industrial zone to a vibrant community with residential, commercial, and service spaces. Under his leadership, Klasi has been involved in this development since 2005, and plans for additional housing and facilities, including a nursing home, are underway.
