Innocent Ike

Innocent Ike is a seasoned banking executive with over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. A graduate of the University of Lagos, he was the Best Graduating Student in Accounting in 1988 and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Ike has held significant positions in various banks, including serving as Managing Director/CEO of Polaris Bank from 2020 to 2022, where he launched the award-winning digital platform VULTe. In August 2025, he was appointed as the Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc, succeeding Bolaji Agbede.
