Inocente Montano

Inocente Montano is a former Salvadoran colonel who has been implicated in the 1989 assassination of six Jesuit priests in El Salvador. He has been the subject of legal proceedings in Spain, where he is being tried for his alleged role in the killings, which are seen as emblematic of the violence that characterized the Salvadoran Civil War.
