Ioannis Mourtzinos

Ioannis Mourtzinos is an Associate Professor at the Department of Agriculture and Food Technology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He leads a research team focused on green extraction techniques and the utilization of agricultural by-products for high-value applications, notably in the cosmetics industry. His collaboration with Access Naturals has facilitated the integration of sustainable practices into the production of cosmetic ingredients.
