Ion Balint

Ion Balint, known in the criminal underworld as Nuțu Cămătaru, is a Romanian figure who gained notoriety for his involvement in organized crime, including charges of attempted murder and extortion. He was sentenced to over five years in prison in 2017 for violent crimes and was released in 2019. Recently, on February 11, 2023, the Bucharest Court of Appeal granted his request for judicial rehabilitation, allowing him to reintegrate into society legally, although this decision can be contested.
