
Ion Bulhac
Ion Bulhac is a Moldovan judge who has served in various judicial capacities since his appointment in 2002. He has been a judge at the Chișinău Court of Appeal since April 2017 and is known for his role in high-profile cases, including the conviction of Ilan Șor to 15 years in prison. Recently, Bulhac came under scrutiny as part of the evaluation process conducted by the Judicial Evaluation Commission, which found that he did not pass the integrity assessment, prompting further examination by the Superior Council of Magistracy.
