
Ion Prisăcaru
Ion Prisăcaru is a former Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health in Moldova, having served from 2021 until the spring of 2026. He has recently been appointed as the interim director of the National Center for Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Assistance (CNAMUP) as of July 29, 2023. Prisăcaru is a graduate of the Nicolae Testemițeanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, specializing in surgery, and he also holds a master's degree in economic sciences from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova. In his new role, he is tasked with managing the institution, coordinating national emergency services, and implementing modernization projects to enhance access to high-quality medical services.
