Ippokratis

Ippokratis, often referred to as the 'Father of Medicine', was an ancient Greek physician who significantly influenced the practice of medicine and the ethical standards of medical practice. He is best known for the Hippocratic Oath, which sets ethical guidelines for physicians. His teachings and writings laid the groundwork for modern medicine, and he is historically associated with the city of Larissa, where he spent the last years of his life.
