Ira E. Albert
Reverend Ira E. Albert was an American Methodist missionary known for founding the Albert Academy in Sierra Leone on October 4, 1904. His vision for the school was rooted in the principles of education and integrity, providing a foundation for many future leaders. Tragically, he drowned in a boat accident, but his legacy lives on through the school, which has become one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Sierra Leone.
