Irena Šinko

Irena Šinko is a former Slovenian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Food, who was dismissed from her position due to perceived inadequacies in handling a scandal involving banned pesticides in fruit. She served in the cabinet of Prime Minister Robert Golob and was succeeded by Mateja Čalušić, who has since faced both support and criticism for her agricultural reform efforts.
