Irfan Laghari

Irfan Laghari was a protester who was critically injured during a confrontation between police and demonstrators in Moro, Naushahro Feroze district, on May 20. He later succumbed to his injuries in a Hyderabad hospital. Laghari's family stated that he had no affiliations with any nationalist groups and was participating in a peaceful demonstration against proposed construction projects affecting the Indus River.
