Irina D. Manta

Irina D. Manta is a Professor of Law and the Director of the Center for Intellectual Property Law at Hofstra University. She is recognized for her expertise in immigration law and has published extensively on the legal implications of immigration policies. Recently, she has been in the news for her commentary on a proposed green card policy that could significantly alter the process for immigrants applying for permanent residency from within the United States.
