Irina Solonkova

Irina Solonkova is a 52-year-old woman from Minsk who gained attention after being detained for shouting 'Glory to Ukraine!' during a performance at the Belarusian State Philharmonic on March 24, 2023. She expressed that her words were a show of support for the Ukrainian people and a wish for their prosperity. Solonkova was subsequently sentenced to 20 days in detention for allegedly conducting a mass event and resisting the police during her arrest.
