Irwine Clare, Sr.

Irwine Clare, Sr. is the chairman and founder of Team Jamaica Bickle (TJB), a welfare initiative established in 1994 to support Jamaican athletes at international competitions. With a commitment to excellence in hospitality services, Clare has been instrumental in creating programs that enhance the experiences of Caribbean athletes, particularly during the annual Penn Relays Carnival. He is dedicated to integrating new talent into TJB's operations through educational partnerships, such as the recently announced hospitality internship program with the University of Technology.
