Isaac Beltrán

Isaac Beltrán is a former special advisor for the Unidad de Información y Análisis Financiero (UIAF) in Colombia. He has recently been in the news due to allegations surrounding the misuse of the UIAF for political purposes under the current administration, notably related to a controversial convention with Ecopetrol that reportedly involved the monitoring of various individuals.
