Isaac Maina Wandere is the director of Wonderjoy Party World Ltd, a catering and events management company that has served multiple Kenyan presidents since 2000. His business gained prominence during the administrations of Presidents Daniel Arap Moi, Mwai Kibaki, and Uhuru Kenyatta, providing key services for state events. However, following the election of President William Ruto in 2022, his company faced abrupt termination of contracts, leading Wandere to file a lawsuit against the State House for Sh7.7 billion.
