Isabel Portillo

Isabel Portillo is a dedicated participant in the annual Fiesta de las Flores y las Palmas in Panchimalco, where she and her husband, Salvador Mejía, contribute to the creation of beautifully decorated palms for the procession. Despite being visually impaired, Isabel has expressed a strong desire to attend the festival, where she joyfully engages with the local community.
