Isabela Bustillo

Isabela Bustillo is a magistrate of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice in Honduras. She is currently in the news for her role in addressing the legality of a state of exception in the country, following numerous allegations of human rights violations during its enforcement.
