Isaiah Murangiri Ndumba

Isaiah Murangiri Ndumba is a police officer who has been implicated in the controversial killing of Rex Masai during anti-Finance Bill protests in June 2022. He was identified as the shooter by a protected witness who presented photographic and video evidence in court, although Murangiri has denied being the person depicted in the visuals.
