Islam Arslanbekov

Islam Arslanbekov was a 26-year-old junior lieutenant in the police service who tragically lost his life during an attack by armed assailants in Makhachkala, Dagestan. He was one of the first responders to a staged traffic accident which turned into a deadly ambush, resulting in his death and injuries to his partner and several civilians.
