Islam Asaf

Dr. Islam Asaf is the Deputy Minister of Health in Matrouh, Egypt. He was in the news following a tragic traffic accident on the Wadi Natron-Alamein road, where a transport vehicle carrying workers overturned, resulting in the deaths of seven individuals and injuries to nine others. Dr. Asaf coordinated medical response efforts to ensure that the injured received prompt care and that the deceased were handled with respect.
