Issa Haji Ussi

Issa Haji Ussi, commonly known as Gavu, is a Member of Parliament for Chwaka in Zanzibar representing CCM. He was declared truant after missing five consecutive sessions but was seconded to assist President Samia Suluhu Hassan, which contributed to his prolonged absence from the House.
