Issa Mahfoudh Haji

Issa Mahfoudh Haji serves as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of State, President’s Office – Regional Administration, Local Government and Special Departments in Zanzibar. He has played a key role in the development of local infrastructure, particularly through the inauguration of modern market facilities such as the newly completed Chuini Kwanyanya bus terminal and market complex, which aims to enhance trade and improve living conditions for local entrepreneurs.
