Issam Al-Dialisi
Issam Al-Dialisi was a prominent leader within Hamas, serving as the head of government oversight in the Gaza Strip, a role akin to that of a prime minister since Hamas took control in 2007. He was influential in managing civilian affairs and services in Gaza and was actively involved in Hamas's general policy making.
