Iulia Lumânare is a Romanian actress born on July 27, 1983, in Bucharest. She graduated from the National University of Theatre and Film (UNATC) in 2005 and has since built a career predominantly in theater, taking on roles in classic plays by authors such as William Shakespeare. In addition to her theatrical work, she appeared in international productions, including the film 'Assassination Games' (2011). From 2013 to 2019, she served as a lecturer at UNATC and has been teaching master's courses in Film Acting at Ovidius University since 2020. Iulia has co-written the screenplays for the films 'Ana, mon amour' and 'Familiar,' and is currently involved in the production of two feature films, 'Roșu' and 'Femeia cu casa,' where she also plays leading roles.
