Ivan Burkert is a Czech cyclist known for his unique journeys on a penny-farthing bicycle, a vintage style of bike that was popularized in the 19th century. As of July 25, he embarked on a cycling tour starting from Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, traversing through Poland, Germany, and Denmark, before reaching Iceland. His current venture aims to raise funds for children suffering from cancer in his home country, and he has documented each of his cycling expeditions in books.
