Ivan Mok

Ivan Mok was a resident of Odessa who, in 1950, was sentenced for treason and anti-Soviet agitation during the occupation of the Odessa region. Recently, the Supreme Court of Russia annulled his conviction for anti-Soviet propaganda, stating that such actions do not constitute a threat to society and that individuals convicted on these grounds should be rehabilitated, regardless of the factual basis of their charges.
