
Ivan Pulikhov
Ivan Pulikhov was a member of the Socialist Revolutionary Party who attempted to assassinate the Governor of Minsk, Pavel Kurloff, in response to the governor's orders that led to the shooting of peaceful protesters. He was executed in 1906, and his actions became a symbol of resistance against oppressive authority.
