Ivan Tavčar

Ivan Tavčar was a prominent figure in Slovenian cycling history, known for being the first president of the Club of Slovenian Cyclists in Ljubljana, established in 1887. His leadership during the early years of organized cycling in Slovenia contributed to the sport's development in the region, which has now produced world-class cyclists like Tadej Pogačar.
