Ivana Angelova is an assistant professor at the Institute for Environment, Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food at 'St. Cyril and Methodius' University in Skopje. She holds a degree in architecture and a master's degree from the Faculty of Architecture at UKIM, and completed her doctoral studies as a MEXT scholarship recipient at Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan. Her expertise focuses on public space quality, urban resilience, spatial conditions, urban agriculture, and green cities. Ivana has gained international academic and professional experience in Japan, Ecuador, Germany, Spain, and North Macedonia, and is actively involved in teaching urban design and landscape architecture at the Faculty of Architecture.
