Ivana Šćepanović

Ivana Šćepanović is the president of the Youth Network of the Education Union of Montenegro. She is an advocate for the rights and motivations of educators, particularly in light of the challenges facing the teaching profession in Montenegro. Recently, she voiced concerns about the government's actions that threaten the principles of the collective agreement for educational staff, emphasizing the need for better conditions to attract and retain young professionals in education. Šćepanović highlighted the existing shortage of teachers in critical subjects, such as mathematics and chemistry, and called for responsible investment in education as a means to secure the country's future.
