Ixone Soroa

Ixone Soroa is the Director of Fishing and Aquaculture for the Basque Government in Spain. She plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing fishing policies and programs that promote sustainable aquaculture practices. Recently, she was in the news for meeting with a delegation from Panama, led by Eduardo Carrasquilla, to discuss collaborative projects and strengthen ties between the Spanish and Panamanian fishing sectors.
