Izabel Koles is a 32-year-old woman from North Carolina who recently experienced the tragic loss of her husband, Kristofer Koles, shortly after their wedding. The couple, who met through a dating app and had a whirlwind romance, enjoyed a music festival for their honeymoon. However, upon returning home, Kristofer exhibited unusual behavior and ultimately took his own life just days later. In the wake of this tragedy, Izabel has expressed her shock and heartbreak, revealing that she never suspected her husband was struggling with mental health issues. Determined to raise awareness about mental health, she plans to participate in the Chicago Marathon in October 2025 to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
