Jaabari Reynolds

Jaabari Reynolds is the Technical Officer for Watershed Management and Protected Areas at the Department of Environment in Antigua and Barbuda. He is part of the delegation attending the Third NDC Finance Investment Forum, where issues of climate adaptation and water resource management are being discussed.
