Jabesh Amisah-Arthur

Jabesh Amisah-Arthur is the Chairperson of the technical committee advising the Ghanaian government on private sector participation in electricity distribution. He recently presented a report outlining three proposed models for private involvement in the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), aimed at improving efficiency and addressing challenges in the sector.
