Jack Neill-Hall

Jack Neill-Hall is a 40-year-old eyewitness who spotted Hadush Kebatu being arrested by police in Finsbury Park, north London, after Kebatu was mistakenly released from prison. Neill-Hall was walking his dog when he recognized Kebatu and described the situation as calm, noting that Kebatu appeared dejected but was not trying to escape.
