Jack Rackham

Jack Rackham, also known as Calico Jack, was an English pirate active in the Caribbean during the early 18th century. He is best known for his flamboyant style and his partnership with the female pirate Anne Bonny. Rackham's career was marked by his daring raids and the eventual capture of his ship, leading to his execution in 1720, which solidified his legacy in pirate lore.
