Jacques Rançon
Jacques Rançon is a French serial killer known as 'the Perpignan Station Killer' who between 1986 and 2000 murdered, raped, and mutilated young women in France. His violent crimes, which went undetected for years, have drawn significant media attention and inspired the series 'Lost Station Girls' on Disney+. Rançon, who experienced a traumatic childhood and showed early signs of violent behavior, was eventually arrested in 2014 after DNA evidence linked him to several unsolved murders. He was sentenced to life in prison and is not eligible for parole until 2036.
