Jaczmín López

Jaczmín López is the director of the Servicio de Registro Cívico (Sereci) in Bolivia, known for her leadership in overseeing the electoral registration process. Recently, she was in the news for reporting a successful biometric voter registration campaign in Tarija, where over 8,000 new citizens registered to vote ahead of the upcoming general elections.
