Jafar Kismat is the Chairman of the Dar es Salaam Passenger Transporters Association (UWADAR), who has voiced concerns regarding a recent directive by the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (Latra) that requires daladalas to relocate to the Mbagala Rangi Tatu Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) terminal.
