Jaime Allen Monge

Jaime Allen Monge is a civil engineer working with the Road Safety and Transportation Unit of the National Laboratory of Materials and Structural Models (Lanamme) in Costa Rica. He has contributed to the discourse on traffic safety, pointing out how perceptions of impunity and inadequate enforcement lead to reckless driving behaviors. Monge advocates for the implementation of intelligent camera systems and other technological solutions to enhance road safety.
