Jaime Serra

Jaime Serra was the first military responsible for the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP), who played a crucial role in coordinating military actions during the political crises of the 1970s. He was mentioned in relation to the orders given to take control of RTP during the events of November 25, 1975.
